EXPANDO Temu Connector

Frequently asked questions

About the Expando Temu Connector, what it accesses, and how to turn it off.

What is the Expando Temu Connector?
It is the software connection between a merchant’s Temu seller account and Expando’s service platform. It lets the Expando team manage listings, orders, pricing, stock, compliance and after-sales on the merchant’s behalf, using Temu’s official Open API.
Who is it for?
Merchants who have engaged Expando to manage their European marketplace business. It is not a self-service tool and is not sold separately.
Does Expando ever see my Temu password?
No. Authorization happens on Temu’s own consent page inside Seller Center. The connector receives an access token from Temu and never handles your sign-in credentials.
What data does the connector access?
Only what the granted permissions allow: product and catalogue data, orders and fulfilment, stock, pricing, compliance records, after-sales cases, promotions and advertising. The exact permissions are shown to you on the consent page before you approve.
Where is the data processed and stored?
In Google Cloud europe-west1 (Belgium). Access tokens are stored encrypted with replication restricted to EU regions.
Which IP address do your API calls come from?
A single fixed address, 34.156.100.108. It is reserved rather than dynamically assigned, so it does not change, which is what makes IP whitelisting workable.
How do I revoke access?
From your Temu Seller Center, in the authorized applications settings. Revoking takes effect immediately and needs no action from Expando.
How much does it cost?
The connector itself is free. It is part of how Expando delivers its marketplace management services, not a separately priced product.
